As our province prepares to come back from COVID-19 stronger than before, so does Trinity Physio.
We are excited to announce we are now implementing careful steps to re-open our doors on May 19th, 2020. We are continuing to offer Tele-rehab in the meantime.
Our first priority is to ensure a safe visit to our clinic. Together with you, we have all worked hard to follow measures to protect public health. This focus continues to stand strong at Trinity Physio. We are committed to take all the protective measures to ensure the safety of our clients, team and community.
First, any clients and team members who are showing signs of cold or flu (chills, fever, coughing, sneezing, runny nose, sore throat, shortness of breath, loss of sense/smell, loss of appetite, fatigue) will be respectfully asked to refrain from visiting our clinic. Please know that we can provide tele-rehab in such a situation. If you are a client who is at a greater risk (i.e. an underlying medical condition) extra precautions will be discussed.
Second, clients will be asked if they have travelled outside of Canada in the last 14 days. If so, they will also be politely asked to refrain from visiting our clinic and be offered tele-rehab.
Third, our team is committed to practice exemplary hygiene. All equipment will be disinfected after each use, frequently touched surfaces will be sterilized, and personal protective equipment (PPE) will be used in all appropriate situations. Trinity offers its clients hand washing stations to ensure proper hygiene and sterile procedures.
Finally, we will be working hard to reduce chances of transmission. We will be limiting the density of our appointments to reduce contact. Engineering controls such as plexiglass at our front desks have been organized. Administrative controls such as rules and guidelines will be followed by all team members.
